hiriumi	5a4d53908d	A lof refactoring. There is a problem in PortableSettingsProvider.cs where it doesn't save the config file. We need to address PortableSettingsProvider.SetPropertyValues() method that saves the config file is not called at all.	2016-05-02 00:43:28 -07:00
